"So you can get paint there if you want to but when they ask if you'd like to save it on an account don't bother because they aren't sufficiently savvy to actually save the color. I tried two times to put a color I use on my decks on account and they failed miserably.They can't even match a color to a selection and they will try to sell you some other brand just to make the experience even worse. I recommend Menards. Home Depot paint department is clueless and sucks."

"Got new appliances for the kitchen. delivery was between 1-5pm December 5th the company that Home Depot uses for deliveries had an issue and called me at 2pm on the delivery day to say they can't make it after I removed my old appliances and prepared for the new just like the email told me to do. Home Depot would not do anything to help. Was actually told we can't do anything call the 1-800# and talk with the delivery company (this being from the store manager). First off I didn't pay the delivery company I paid you. I can't help it you promised delivery but can't provide. Where is customer service? So now I'm waiting a week for my appliance after being told to prepare the house for the new appliance? Pro tip Go to Menards you get rebates and actual customer service. Will never step foot in a Home Depot store again."
