"I was very excited to visit this store this afternoon. However, I waited around for 10-15 minutes without a single employee offering help or even acknowledging us. For reference, I saw at least 5 employees and only one other pair of customers\nin there. At one point there were 2-3 employees standing at front desk not doing anything. At least two of the attendants walked out of their way to go around us. I guess we weren't the right kind of people? Perhaps you saw my tribal tags and didn't want to serve natives? Or maybe you reacted to my veteran father's American flag hat and thought (wrongly) that he voted for Trump? Overall this was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would not recommend this establishment. All I wanted was to find a new critter to care for after mine passed, and you made that impossible."

"Awesome store. The woman who helped me (sorry, didn't remember her name) was wonderful, helping me to choose my first reptile, one that my grandchildren would enjoy. We took home a Bearded Dragon and the supplies we need to get off to a great start \n\nThe woman was patient, and shared a lot of great tips on how to take care of the lizard. 5 stars for sure!"
