"Riding the red route on a showery day 2 of our Essential ticket, we had a nice seat for taking photos, just under the cover on the top deck. However, upon reaching the Sun Tec Depot, 4 stops later, everyone had to get off, and were invited to join another red route bus, which was already virtually full, and had no canopy on the top deck. We were therefore obliged to sit downstairs, which is HOPELESS for taking photos. Why could they not just change drivers on our existing tour? After our experience on day 1, reported separately, I really do wonder whether Big Bus are bothered, as long as we pay our money?"

"Aeroline is not taking the private chartering business seriously. I submitted an online enquiry for a 40-pax charter and received no response. I then called the hotline and was assured a sales representative would contact me, but no one followed up after another week. Very poor brand experience. If potential customers are treated this way before a sale, I can only imagine how disappointing the service might be after one. If you are not serious about providing a private charter, I suggest not providing the option online at all."

"Was on Bus 966 (SG5861L) on 28 Oct 2025 around 7PM near Catholic JC. The driver deliberately slowed down to let Bus 985 overtake and refused to open the doors until it left — making me miss my bus and wait another 20 minutes. For a company whose motto is “Moving People, Not Buses,” this experience showed the complete opposite. Really disappointing service from Tower Transit."
