Panasonic reintroduced the 2005 DMR-ES40V bugs and design flaws into the 2007 models. No wonder such a high rate of EZ series machines were retuned by customers, only to be sold cheaply on eBay. In the fall of 2007 I purchased two DMR-EZ17 models for around $50 each, including shipping.
