CHICAGO (WLS) -- One of the people hurt in a fire at the Offshore Rooftop restaurant in Navy Pier has filed a lawsuit. Kira Bond, who lives in New York, was in Chicago for a corporate work trip.

Attorneys said a 25-year-old woman, Kira Bond, was left in critical condition with third-degree burns to her face, chest area, and torso.
